• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;

The d10d Platform is strictly intended for users who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. d10d does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If d10d becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the d10d Platform, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 13.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor the online activities of minors in their care and to make use of available parental control tools to prevent access to gambling platforms.
