These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the d10d website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by d10d ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms apply to all users of the d10d Platform, including registered members and visitors. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
Your continued use of d10d following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To be eligible to use the d10d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
d10d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access the full features of the d10d Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Each individual may hold only one (1) d10d account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify d10d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. d10d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
d10d reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
d10d supports deposits and withdrawals via approved Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
All transactions on d10d are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the d10d account holder. d10d reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
d10d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, d10d may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
d10d may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion details.
d10d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other means constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless the promotion terms specifically permit it.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the d10d Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
All content on the d10d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of d10d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of d10d.
The d10d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of d10d. You may not use any d10d trademark without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d10d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the d10d Platform.
d10d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall d10d's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d10d account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
d10d strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close accounts found to belong to underage individuals.
d10d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, d10d will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including removing them from marketing communications.
You may close your d10d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
d10d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, d10d reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, d10d may forfeit the account balance and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
d10d operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
d10d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, d10d will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the d10d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
